DESCRIPTION:3/17/2020: Canceled\nEntries Close: Tuesday\, March 17\, 2020 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time(ET) on Hunt Secretary \nJudges: Scott Hoover and James O’Shea\nCocker trial – Open and Puppy Friday March 27\, Amateur Saturday March 28\nSpringer trial – Open and Puppy Sunday March 29\, Amateur Saturday March 28 \n\n		\n			\n			\n		\n\n		\nGreetings\, fellow fieldtrialers! \nAfter much discussion with members at today’s Western Washington English Springer Spaniel Club meeting\, and following the lead of the Utah Springer Spaniel Club it was decided to go ahead with our Springer and Cocker trials on March 26-28 at Scatter Creek Wildlife Area near Rochester\, WA. \nThe Corona Virus is a serious situation that our state\, nation and world are facing.  Washington was the first state to have cases of COVID-19\, however the majority of those cases were located near Seattle about 100 miles north of the trial location.  We believe the risks for transmission of the virus at the trial location and in the outdoor environment to be low at this time. \nWe are sending this message out to make sure everyone entered in the trial understands that if you choose to come it will be at your own risk and no responsibility will be placed upon the club. If you choose to cancel you will receive a full refund\, and we will understand. \nWe ask that if you are sick\, please stay home and recover. At the trial we ask you all to take every precaution possible. We will provide sanitizing wipes and liquid hand sanitizer. \nUnfortunately\, we will be unable to serve lunches at the trial so please come prepared with your own food and drinks.  There are stores and restaurants within a few miles of the trial location. \nWe hope to see you all on the weekend of the 26th-28th\, and we promise you a good time and a great trial!  We appreciate you all and are looking forward to seeing you at the trial. \nTravel safely\, if you have any questions\, concerns or comments\, please let me know.\nDave Sadler \nseacrete_56@yahoo.com \nWWESSC Field Trial Committee
