I hereby consent to allow the English Springer Spaniel Field Trials aka ESSFT.COM the use of the photos I have submitted for inclusion in the English Springer Spaniel Field Trials Pedigree Database website. I understand that in some cases the photo may need to be cropped or resized to fit within the site. If this is necessary, I will be notified and given the option of resubmitting or changing the photo for a different one. I also understand that I have the right to request removal of a photo and that the English Springer Spaniel Field Trials Pedigree committee has the right to a reasonable time frame to accomplish this. (Typically, 72-96 hours.) The English Springer Spaniel Field Trials Pedigree website and committee will not be held liable or at fault for any errors or omissions in the use of the submitted photos. In the event of a dispute over an image, the English Springer Spaniel Field Trials and the English Springer Spaniel Field Trials Pedigree Committee will try to determine the facts of the dispute and seek amicable resolution. If resolution is not possible, any photo is question will be removed from the English Springer Spaniel Field Trials Pedigree Database.
