The Annual Meeting of the National English Springer Spaniel Field Trial Association will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 1701 4th St., Austin, MN 55912. I have included an enclosure with this letter, a form which needs to be completed and returned to me prior to November 10, 2017 that identifies your club’s delegate to the annual meeting. I have included a preliminary agenda for the Annual Meeting. If your club has any issues that you would like to bring forward at the annual meeting please submit your item and any discussion as soon as possible so that there is adequate time to have the items posted on essft.com and allow for club discussion.
Please remember that your dues must be paid in order for your delegate to vote on any matters that are considered at that meeting. If your club has not already paid your dues please remit $75.00 to NESSFTA, 10220 WCR 1, Longmont, CO 80504. Your delegate forms may be returned by mail, scanned e-mail or by fax.
