All emergency cases are evaluated by the clinician on emergency duty that day. Your pet will be transferred to the appropriate specialty service the following work day. All fees associated with your emergency visit will be discussed during your initial phone call or visit.
If hospitalization is required, the emergency duty clinician will discuss the initial cost estimate with you. In consideration of the services, customers will leave a deposit equal to the low end of the estimate range; the entire balance will be due at time of the patient’s discharge. Please note: The cost estimate may change when your pet is transferred to the necessary specialty service.
